Preparation Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil a 12-inch pizza pan.
- Prepare biscuit dough according to the package instructions.
- Press dough onto pans to form a crust. Pierce all over with a fork. Bake for 7 minutes (5 minutes convection) or until crust just starts to brown. Lightly brush crust with melted butter.
- While dough is baking, sautè onion and bell pepper in butter until onions start to soften. Add chilies and onion mixture to eggs.
- Spread gravy over biscuit crust. Top with scrambled egg mixture.
- Top with cooked bacon and cheeses.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese melts and starts to brown.
- Top with diced tomatoes.
