Cheese Crackers
Crackers made from scratch-- so easy with Peter Pan Flour.

Yield: 3 dozen
- 1 lb Cheddar cheese, grated finely
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 cup Peter Pan Flour
- sesame seeds (optional) as needed
Preheat over to 350°F.
Mix cheese and butter together until creamy.
Add salt, cayenne peper and flour.
Form dough into a log about 1 inch in diameter, wrap in wax paper, and chill.
Slice thinly, about 1/4 inch thick. Place onto an ungreased cooking sheet and, if desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake until edges are slightly golden, about 10-12 minutes.
Transfer crackers to a wire rack and allow to cool.
