Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until combined.
Knead the dough for about 4 minutes, dipping hands in water if dough is sticking to them too much. Allow dough to rest for 15 minutes.
On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until it is smooth and stretchy.
Form the dough into a ball and place it in a bowl brushed with oil, rolling the dough around so that its covered.
Let the dough sit at room temperature for two hours or until doubled in size.
Pre-heat oven to 500°F (allow up to an hour to pre-heat).
Divide the dough into two pieces (or four for individual pizzas), then roll out into large rounds with a rolling pin.
Place each pizza on a baking sheet, then top dough with sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice (don't go too heavy!)
Bake pizzas for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and just starting to brown.
Serve immediately.
