Maple Bacon Biscuit Bake

This is sure to become a morning favorite.

  • 3 tsp light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 pkg Morrison Bis-Kits Mix


  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch round cake pan (or similar) with non-stick spray.
  • Combine sugar, syrup, butter and bacon*. Spread mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan and refrigerate.
  • Prepare biscuit dough according to package directions, cutting out desired size.
  • Place biscuits, top side down, into the mixture.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes ot until biscuits are cooked all the way through.
  • Loosen any biscuits from the sides of the pan. Turn out onto plate/platter immediately
  • *The amount of bacon can increase or decrease to accomodate personal preference.
