Prepare Morrison's Bis-Kits Biscuits according to the package instructions. Break biscuits into pieces and allow to dry.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, pour melted butter over crumbled biscuit pieces.
Add brown sugar, cinnamon and orange peel. Stir well to combine.
Fold in prepared pie filling. Spread biscuit mixture into baking pan.
Beat eggs, half and half and vanilla. Pour over biscuit mixture, pressing down on biscuits to soak up liquid.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until center of pudding is set.
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Variation: use fresh sliced apples and increase cooking time to 60 minutes.
