Snicker Dualle Coffee Cake
This coffee cake topped with chopped pecans is simply wonderful!

- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 each eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cup Peter Pan Flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add beaten egg, milk and dry ingredients.
Spread batter in baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
Generously sprinkle with mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon and chopped pecans.
Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serve warm.
