Snicker Dualle Coffee Cake

This coffee cake topped with chopped pecans is simply wonderful!

Materials

  • 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 each eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 cup Peter Pan Flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Add beaten egg, milk and dry ingredients.
  • Spread batter in baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
  • Generously sprinkle with mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon and chopped pecans.
  • Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Serve warm.
