Spicy Sausage Balls

These spicy sausage balls are sure to please everyone, but mild sausage can be used for those who prefer a mild sausage flavor.

  • 1 lb pork sausage, hot
  • 8 oz Cheddar cheese, sharp, grated
  • 2 packages Morrison's Bis-Kits Mix


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Using a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, mix the sausage, cheese and biscuit mix until thoroughly combined. About 2 minutes on low speed.
  • Shape mixture into 1 inch balls.
  • Arrange the balls about an inch apart on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Baked until cooked through and well browned, about 12 - 15 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
