Spoon Bread
Down-home Southern spoonbread has never been so easy.

- 4 cups milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup Morrison's Yellow Cornmeal
- 4 each eggs, beaten
Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly grease 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
Scald milk.
Add butter, salt and Morrison Yellow Cornmeal.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the mixture has the thickness of custard. Let cool.
When ready to use, fold 4 eggs (well beaten) into the cooled cornmeal mixture.
Spread evenly in prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes.
